WHAT IS NETWORK MARKETING?

Interesting! There are billions of people who have no idea of something that change their life for good. Something that help then create change and enrich the life of many people. But what is that something? It network marketing!

WHAT IS NETWORK MARKETING?

As the name shows network marketing is a business that is based on creating a network of people that provide need saropying protect and services to a lot of people; while at the same time creating wealth and good health to the distributors of the products and services.

The main purpose of network marketing is helping people.

I know that the word marketing when attached to any work carries some negative undertones but in subsequent chapter I will explain what makes network marketing different form traditional marketing.

A BRIEF HISTORY OF NETWORK MARKETING

My research leads me to discover that network marketing started in 1956, when a business man named Dr. Forest Shaklee [with name like forest I don’t think he will live in the city] started a company called the Shaklee Corporation. This company used the business model of leverage, duplication and recreational later many companies also started using the network marketing business model. Basing there business also on leverage, duplication and recreation Although not all this new companies where legitimate.  Many of then where fraudulent pyramid schemes.

But today I’m happy what many new network marketing are not illegal pyramid schemes, many of them are honest legitimate companies determined to make a difference in the life of many people.

LEVERAGE, DUPLICATION AND RECRUITMENT

In the paragraph above I said that early network marketing companies used leverage duplication I will explain what thus terms mean.

Thus is the true beauty of network marketing the ability to use little efforts to produce large results. How does thus happen? You may ask. The answer! Leverage.

The principle of leverage works perfectly with network marketing.

This is how it works. Just answer! Imagine that your register as a distributor with a network marketing company and the business thus four people become your first generation team then you are able to help this your team to introduce four people to the company you will agree that two heads are better than the continuous little effort of your teams yields a much larger results.

Network marketing helps provides a network or a system so that the principle leverage is applied more on this latter

DUPLICATION

Duplication simply means your teach these who are of your team to do what you have just done in the business and possibly to do better, to ensure their success. I will talk about this later.
