CHAPTER
THREE
MISCONCEPTIONS ABOUT
NETWORK MARKETING
When I start network marketing and
introducing the business opportunity and introducing the business opportunity
to people as well as the products I met a lot of people with different
misconceptions about network marketing. Some of this misconceptions include.
1.
It’s
a pyramid scheme
2.
It
does not work
3.
It’s
a fraudulent business
This is just a few there are more but I
will talk about thus four.
1.
IT’S A PYRAMID A SCHEME
Now many people who say this can’t even
say what a pyramid scheme is when you ask them, they are usually silent. What
is a pyramid scheme.
A pyramid scheme is a programme that
puts emphasis on recruiting people and this pyramid schemes mostly have no need
satisfying products to sell to customs. Pyramids are only interested in money.
This is a pyramid scheme structure. You are required to briny a person into the
business who pays a certain amount of money [usually a high amount] the money
the person pays is not in exchange for products. The person pays this money
just to get into this business to wait in line so that as others join the
business pay their big money he goes higher after some bone probably a year all
the money accumulate from people who join be given to you. This is an illegal
for of business and many countries have strict haws against this business.
NETWORK
MARKETING IS NOT A PYRAMID SCHEME
Network marketing is not a pyramid
scheme because many network marketing organizations have wonderful need
satisfying products and services and in many organization even though they emphasize
recruiting people they also put emphasis on the products and services they
produce and many have customs who use the products and services.
Most don’t need you to put in big money
to join a network marketing company with just a little investment you can start
building your business.
2.
IT DOES NOT WORK
Many people join network marketing and
after sometime will say it does not work may be for some reasons. It could be
the person who brought them into the business does not know much about the
business or did not support them enough or they did not put much effort or they
did not learn enough, they did think enough or they while where not
enthusiastic enough or they were two lazy, not clear about their goals and did
not make plans to succeed.
So they decided to quit and say network
marketing does not work and choose to remain in 50 hours a week, on a merger
salary. Instead of being their own boss, getting freedom. Because among all the
benefits network marketing brings is the benefit of freedom. I have come to see
that anybody who says that network marketing does not work, it’s the person
that did not work to make it work.
Napolion hill said “A quitter never
wins and a winner never quits”
For their own decision to quit is the
reason why they say network marketing does not work. Not because network
marketing does not work.
3.
IT’S A FRUDULENT BUSINES
This statement is usually made by
people who have being into network marketing dishonest individuals. This is the
most sad and disheartening misconception about network marketing because it
gives we the honest network marketers a bad name and we loss creditability.
Sometimes I feel like finding those fraudulent network marketers and choking
the life out of them for the pan and suffering they put people through, and if
you are a network marketer reading this I urge you to be honest with the people
you do business with don’t take them for granted, be a person of integrity.
Because if you are not one day when you cheat and steal from people you will
get caught and your will be prosecuted as a criminal.
But the fact is network marketing is
not a fraudulent business through there are fraudulent network marketers, but
this does not mean that there are not honest network marketers.
Just like there is counterfeit money in
circulation and just because you come across counterfeit money does not mean
there is no real money and just because you come across counterfeit currency
does not mean you get a counterfeit currency will you than reject every other
money given to your just because you got a counterfeit the answer will be
NO.
There’s still alt of misconceptions
about network marketing but this are just the few I will talk about for now.
