,,If you notice I have not endorsed any network marketing company since the beginning of this book there are many good network marketing companies and there are not so many good ones. But what I endorse is the network marketing industry as a whole. This industry is growing exponentially every year to the amount of Billion’s of dollars and increasing, many people are taking advantageof this opportunity and enjoying the benefits.
I work with a network marketing company that is totally wonderful, its marketing strategy and compensation plan are the best I have ever seen. I honor the other network marketing companies because I appreciate that they have taking time to start such companies it’s not easy. Personally I don’t say, I simply show people my business opportunity for them to see and choose for themselves.
I have written a lot about many things that will help anyone who is serious about succeeding insatiately a network marketing business thus are the principles and strategic that I use and continue to use to grow my network marketing business, just as a reminder this principles and strategies has to do with thinking like an entrepreneur, a big business or an investor owner and less like an employee or a self-employed person. Thus is because network marketing is a big business. Also applying the principles of leverage, duplication and using a proven marketing success system, plus developing business skills, being persistent (Never gutting), Being honest, displaying transiency, motivating yourself and being creative. Not to forget developing a mission and realities goals. Thus are just the basics, there are still many more things to learning. The true mark of a successful network market is to always be a continuous learner and always keeping correct by constantly education and constantly applying the education.
Finally I want to say that there is no quick fix in succeeding in network marketing one must work hard, work smart in short be diligent in applying the success principles of those who have succeeded and success will come on a platter of could.

THE REALITY OF NETWORK MARKETING
It’s good to know the reality of network marketing before one enters into it. The truth is that network marketing is the best business for everyone. But te reality is that everyone will be a network marketer. So if a person decides to join the network marketing business the person must know that many people will reject the business opportunity that has an unlimited income potential, freedom from slavery to a pay check and many more benefits. This person could be struggling financially in the financial rat race. But will still not accept the financial freedom opportunity presented to him or her and that’s why the person remains’ poor. Believe one wise man said that the word poor is an acronym for P(Pasting) O(Over) O(Opportunities) R(Repeated).
It’s said, but that’s the reality. Many people may not join your team because of ignorance, fear of the unknown (not knowing anything about network marketing). Some may see the business opportunity but may not still join because of past experiences with failed businesses. For fear that they may make mistake and fail. When I started out in my network marketing business, I had this female friend who was once into a network marketing company who on the first day she registered got robbed by some criminals and for that reason even when she saw and understand the business opportunity of the company I was with, still have that if she join my company she may also get robbed. I’m really sorry she got robbed. But people like this let the dark past interfere with their bright future.
Another thing a person who decides to join network marketing should know is that, it’s not a get rich quick scheme, except if a person was already rich hen he or she joined when you look at the brochures of many network marketing companies, you will see people living the life of brilliance, sophistication and enjoying the finer things of life and they make it look so easy as if on Monday they where broke and on Tuesday the very rent day they woke up to a life of excellence and enjoyment. The reality is that it take some work over some time to achieve what is shown in many of the brochures. In network marketing there’s no such thing as over night success personally when I recruit people into my team I usually stress this fact to them, that they should expect overnight success that would be an unrealistic view point
Another thins I want to talk about is that, blaming their sponsors about not helping them to run their business. I will say what I think on this issue.
The early stage of joining network marketing is similar to the early stage of birth at that stage the child needs. Someone to take care and provide for it’s needs. Like wise when a person join’s a network marketing.
Business their sponsor should and by all means empower them to kick start their business, after all that’s one of the benefits of network marketing empowering people achieve their dreams. This should be done with other members of the sponsors team.
Because if a mother refuses to provide for the needs of the baby the bay dies. If the sponsor refuse to provide for the needs of the new team member they may not do the business again.
But let’s face reality. Some people who sponsor others are just plan incompetent people who can’t even carry themselves along, people who are still learning how their network marketing companies work, who may still be thinking like employee’s or they may still be learning and training. This people get people to join the company but may not know how to lead their new people.
Now I’m not saying you should let only a will experience network marketer sponsor what I’m saying is that whoever sponsors you, you are responsible for your business not the person who sponsored you. They may guide and train you but you are your own boss you run your business.
The who sponsored you into the network marketing business should empower you train and guide you, the person for some reason is not able to do that than you may have to do it yourself or find someone else who will help you. Infect what I have seen is that many people who have embaordmany success in their network marketing business were not dependent on the person who sponsored them to succeed. They where self-motivated and even after sometime surpassed their sponsor because they knew they had what it took to succeed in life.
The truth is that your network marketing business will only grow and prosper as mush as you grow and develop yourself.
Another reality about network marketing you must know about is that long term success, and unlimited passive income comes only with having a team and a large team at that. So simply put it requires working with people and as you know people are not perfect they make mistakes, some are untenable, selfish, some are kind, hardworking. Technically we have the good, the bad the ugly. When starting your business you may want to keep thus in mine.
Finally I want to wish you well in starting your network marketing business. If you have read thus for them I know that you are on your to living your dream life of financial freedom and prosperity. As long as you continuously study and apply the principles of success you are sure to make it in life and nothing corn stop you.
Really the path to success in network marketing is simple but not easy. It’s simple because if you just follow what people what people who have succeeded have done you will be as or even more successful than them. But, what thus people did to be successful may not be easy. Many of them pay the price of working hard, being creative and industrious.
As you forget ahead to your dream life of unlimited income and financial freedom in network marketing keep what I aid in the proceeding paragraphs in mind. You on your journey to success you will learn a lot of things that will add to what I have said. This thing will help you grow and prosper

A SYSTEM IS IMPORTANT
I spoke about this earlier when I think about reason why the rich are getting richer and the poor are getting poorer, I come to understand that one major reason is that the rich have a proven wealth creation system and the poor wok in that system. Let me explain what I mean by a system, I will explain it from a man’s view point and a woman’s view point so that everyone can understand.
Most men like football, now a team of footballers follow a system on a football field we have the goal keeper, the defenders, the midfielders, and the strikersthis system.
For women, each meal they prepare has a system they use to prepare it, if it involves backing a wedding cake they have a system they use.
Likewise the rich have a system they use to become rich and the poor work in that system. l have gone to many branches of a certain bank in my area and what I observed is that each branches of the bank was very similar to another branch I had visited previously. They all had a customer care table, a place for depositing money, withdrawals, a manages office system of operating.
NETWORK MARKETING SUCCESS SYSTEM

1.      Leadership of a team is an important part of this system. But this leadership is different it involves helping people transform into their better self. Many people who join network marketing usually in the cross current between how they saw life. before remember when I talk about the cash flow quadrant, Many people who join network marketing are form the E-quadrant (Employee) or S-quadrant (Self-employed) and tend to hold to treat network marketing as an employee and a self – employed person. Forgetting that network marketing is a B-quadrant business a big business.
So in the system above the leader is to cause a shift in thinking in his team so that they also think like big business owner and become leaders of their own team.

2.    A large group of people for a person to have a long time source of income there must be people a large group. The beauty of network marketing is that many network marketing have their way of rewarding the person who brought some people in the business and then still reward that same person for the people his immediate people bring. Don’t get me wrong the people he brings into the business are not working for him the leader, instead I think it’s the other way around the leader is now the servant of many people which only him can’t handle

These are the six steps the most successful network marketers use and it’s the steps I use to carry out my business.
1.     Mass market recruiting tool
This is a tool me uses with people he or she does not know. For what I have seen when one meets a person he or she does not know, it’s better to show the person a tool like a bordure a DVD, CD. Than inviting the person to an event because many people you don’t know are cautions and may not be ready to leave the comfort of their homes or offices to attend an event even if event might be their first step to getting financial  
Freedom or they may fear that you’re some severe killer sent to kill them. In any case it’s better to show people a tool a marketing tool than to invite them for an event. When they are comfortable with the tool and understand the concept of the business you can now invite them for a small event.
2.   Warm market introduction tool
The warm market has to do with people you know. The people you knowknow you will. They know are a warm loveable person who can’t invest an ant, this people may or may not want to study a tool with you, your word of mouth is sufficient for them they will be more likely to follow you to an event.

3.    Standardized Presentation
This is the presentation you and your team gives at an event about this business opportunity and the products of company.
4.   Specified “ladder of escalation”
This are the various stops one must take to help people join the company and get their own financial freedom.
The stops include
i.        Dream building
ii.      Showing how the company can fulfil this dreams
iii.    Using a tool
iv.   Invitation to small event where more people are there to join the business
v.     V. taking the prospect to large event or convention
vi.   With this process you are escalating or exposing the prospect to a larger side of the business which in a subtitle way tells him or her that it is safe to join this business.
5.     Standardized “fast start” training on going is an important part for succeeding in network marketing. This training will include how to give presentation for shy now network marketers it would be good to learn from your sponsor watch them give presentations.
This training will also involve knowing about the products of the company. It will also involve learning how to lead a team and much more.
6.   Training Event Structure
New network marketers need to ensure their success by receiving adequate training this can learn from their sponsor and if their sponsor does not want to teach them than they need a new sponsor.

OVER A SUSTAINED PERIOD OF TIME
Leading a large group of people to do a few simple actions over a sustained period of time is the system for network marketing success.
The large group of people must be able to duplicate the few simple actions of using a mass market recruiting tool with people they don’t know and inviting family and friends to an event. And continuously expose prospects to see a progressive larger sides of the business. Than to train new people. This most be done over a sustained period of time.
IMPORTANT SKILLS
Succeed in network marketing learning some business basic skill is important. These skills are different from employment and being self-employed skill. These are big business owner skills. This includes.
1.      Leadership skills

3.    Prospecting skills
4.    Money management skills

LEADERSHIP SKILL
There has being money forms of leadership in the past, there has being leadership by fear coercive leadership. Which was used by many dictators of the past? There has being utility leadership, where both parties involved, the leader and the follower has something to gain from each other. The follower needs payment from the leaders and leader wants the time talent or energy of the follower. This is the basic type of leadership in many companies today where if the leaders does not pay his employee’s they stop working and if the employee can’t fulfil his duties or there is someone else who can do better the leader or employer let’s the employee go [which is just cool way of saying youare fired]. The third type of leadership is principle countered leadership. This type leadership is not built or fear or mutual utility, it based on the fact that the leader behaves in the followers and in their potential to achieve greatness. The follower responds by behaving in the leaders.
This last leadership type is the skill one must learn to lead his or her team effectively. This leadership type means seeing a prospect beyond his or her present stage in life.
Have you ever been privilege to see when people dig for raw gold and precious stones. Many companies who dig have their machinery and tools but where they dig is usually a very dirty place possibly deep in the ground why do the companies dig there? It because that see the financial potential of the place they believe in the place to everyone who knows nothing about the place where this goal and precious stones are they only see a pile of mud, dirt and rubble.
This is how it is with leadership in network marketing. As a leader you see the untapped potential of the people you prospect to become your business partner. As a leader you the precious part of the people who become part of your team. This makes you to behave in tem and in return they believe in you.
This is an important skill to learn you must be able to see people with the eyes of faith.
PUBLIC SPEAKING SKILL
Small seminars, gathermys, events and major convention are an important part of a network marketers activities and each of this thus require public speaking and for many people who are shy and afraid of speaking in pubic they may not want to join a network marketing company.
I’m going to put it plainly success in network marketing requires that one speaks in public. One thing to know is that every person who is a great public speaker was once shy and difference is that they overcome their fear and started speaking to people. They developed their skill, read books, listen to audio tapes on how to speak and where able to become professionals in speaking. Rest assured anyone can develop this skill.
I remember when I first started speaking in front of people I was so afraid my heart beat will race, my palms will sweat, my mess will wobble, when I looked up to see all those eyes looking at me. If anyone laughed in the audience whether it ways at something else I thought it was about me. If someone stood up and left the audience dam it, it was about me. Little did I know that many people in the audience where actually inspired by my courage to stand up and speak with this knowledge I started improving my public speaking skills. So I repeat anyone can improve his or her public speaking skills. This is one of the things I have about network marketing, a person is transformed to be a better person is life. A person learns to do things he or she didn’t know how to do.
PROSPECTING SKILLS
Prospecting is also an important skill to develop to build a network marketing business. The prospecting skills in network. Marketing is different than the ones sales are similar to network marketing prospecting skills some one not knowing how to build quality.
Relationships is common to both network marketing ad sales but, hard past manipulative techniques used by many sales professionals may not work. In network marketing.Except if one choose to focus only sales of network marketing company’s products. But a strong network of distributors a different kind of prospecting skill are regarded.
I will discuss a few of the;

I will say it now and I will say it again and again. Network marketing is all about people
1.     BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS     
Earlier I talk about the mass recruiting tool that is usually used with people you don’t know. I have come to know that before you show anybody the business opportunity of you network marketing company it’s better to be their friend first. I not saying try to manipulate them to just pose as a friend. What I’m saying is to genuinely want to be their friend and first build a relationship with them. Then after you know them you can now tell if they need your business opportunity.
This requires that you be a positive, enthusiastic person, with a warm personality. If you are negative, unhappy & unfriendly that you are to change by learning from happy people. This building relationship skill also works if you are setting only the products of your company. You have to give your customers exception treatment, so you and your business can stand out from the crowd.
I have being a customer to many a rude business people and so have many of your customers. I was at a shop to get something the other day and the customer service was just terrible, even when I entered the shop the face expression on everyone’s face from the owner to the employee where like zombie’s from a horror movie, expressive negatively and low self-esteem. This is what many people experience when they meet business people. If you are kind, respectful, honesty and friendly your customers will keep on coming back, you will be to them like a refreshing cool breeze in desert.


2.   HELPING PROSPECTS REDICOVER THEIR DREAMS
The network marketing success system says that one should lead a large group of people to consistently do a few simple actions over a sustained period of time. Each of the people in this large group of people has dreams. The objective is to rediscover his or her dreams and to show these individuals how your network marketing company can be a plate form to help them achieve their dreams.
We all have dreams. Just the other day, I saw a Roll Royce phantom drive past and a lady jump and said that’s my dream car. I heard her and ask her how do you wish to achieve that dream? She said “she doesn’t know”. Many people are like this; they have dreams but don’t know how to achieve it. Your objective is to help people achieve their dreams so that people can drive their Rolls Royce Phantom for real. 
You can do this by chatting with them asking questions like, What do you dream about? And then listen attentively, don’t interrupt them, just listen, listen as if your whole body where your ears. When you listen you do three powerful things at the same time. One you stand out from everyone because only a few people listen and really listen attentively to other people talk. Many people are so caught up in themselves that they have no time to listen to another person. Second this helps to build the relationship between you and the prospect because by listening attentively you show that you genuinely respect the person talking. As said by one wise man; you never learn anything when you talk. Third it builds the self-esteem of the person you are talking to.
As you prospect, helping people rediscover their dreams and showing them how your company can help them achieve it, many will reawaken the passions they had before. 
3.   BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY OR PRODUCTS
This depends mainly on what kind of products yoiur company produces and on the prospects. For many network marketing company that produce nutritional supplements, it’s always better to present. The business opportunity before the products. Why you may ask? I’ll tell you why. I think it’s netter for some reasons. The first reason is that I will help o increase the degree of reculting people into your team. Second it will show people the various benefits your company has to offer than if you fist open with the product, many people believe that your company has nothing more to offer apart from your products and may believe they may have to become sales men or women if they have to join your team.
On the  other hand some people have one health challenge or the other and may be in pain, this people want quick relief to their problems and may care less about your business opportunity with this people it’s best to give them the quick relief they want, after you can show them the business opportunity.
4.   SHOW BENEFITS TO THE PROSPECT
In this world we live in, most people are bugged down with their own problems, and most thinking about themselves as some one said everyone favorite radio station is WII FM which stands for what’s in it for me. Knowing tis when prospecting its good to fist help the prospects build their dreams, than, show them the benefit of your network marketing company. This benefits could include time, freedom, unlimited income potential, empowering people, choosing the people you work with, free all expense paid international trip to exotic locations, and many more. After showing prospects the benefit, than you begin to help them achieve these benefits not using the benefits as a mask to achieve selfish aims. But you should show the benefits and do all in your power to help them prospect who becomes part of your team to achieve this benefits. Provided the person is prepared to work hard.
Why I say this is that many people recruit thousands of people each year and this new people are told and shown the benefits of the network marketing company and their sponsor refuses to continuously train them and the new recruits refuses to learn from their sponsor so that they can make their dreams come through. Living the exciting life gaining whatever benefit provided by a network marketing company is a team effort and not a solo effort.

FEATURES OF THE COMPANY
Only when one has built a relationship helped the prospects rediscover their dreams, show them the business opportunity and shown them what they stand to gain from the company. One can bring the various features of the network marketing company.
When I say features, I mean things like who the owner of company is, the vice presidents, product production factories, policies and ethics of the company, mission statements of the company and so on. Also this depends on the prospects if a person immediately asks you for the features of the network marketing company you are in then by all means show the person. But as a general rule is always better to start with the dream building, business opportunity, benefits before the features of the company.

MONEY MANAGEMENT SKILLS
CONQUER SELF OR BE CONQUERED

 For new people in network marketing it’s very important you are able to manage your money effectively and spend wisely. Because in most cases in the early stages when you join a network marketing company it’s not like the wood gates of cash will start flowing. In most cases you may have to invest your own many. And it not like your going to be paid a fixed monthly salary. Rather the network marketing is meant to free you from the fixed monthly salary trap many people find themselves today where there is something like a ceiling where they can’t seem to raise their income if they want to.
So to money management skills are very important so you can use your money like a big business owner lives for and not like an employee or self-employed person. To develop these skills you can read money management books, listen t audio tapes, watch CD’s & DVD. The bottom line is that if you went to an engineer you will learn from an engineer, if you want to manage your money you will also learn from a professional money manager.
Personally it has been a financially fulfilling experience to study the great money mangers of this our time, I learnt things don’t know, been reminded of things I know and shown things I see every day but never took note of this I think is the fastest way to develop your money management skills.
PERSISTANCES FOR NETWORK MARKETINGS SUCCESS
One dictionary defines being persistent as an “obstinately refusing to give up” true to this network marketing success comes from never giving up, never guiling.
Many new people who don’t fully understand the concept and the guiding principles of network marketing tend to enter the business with false expectation. Their expectation may not be false but their sense of reality about the business may be false. What do I mean by their sense of reality? I mean that they don’t fully understand probably how long it will take to be successful in the business. This may by because of the time they may need to train and lean basic success skills and how easily they can understand and practice what they have learnt. With this false sense of reality many new people guilt and say network marketing does not work (see chapter 2 of this book about misconceptions about network marketing).
To overcome this issue of gulting. Persistence is very important, for it is one of the keys to success in network marketing. Persistence will keep one going in the good in good times and bad times. Persisting the business when the going gets tough, if one is persistent he or she becomes tough and keeps on going.
A MISSION FOR NETWORK MARKETING SUCCESS
  When I first entered network marketing I was so obsessed with making money, really what’s’ do use of going into business I thought is it not to make money? This thinking made me self centred. I had to start thinking about others and less about myself. i had to change from trying to just help people and less about making money. This made me to have a mission in life that was higher than money. For I realized that he complete focus on money and not people dehumanizes people. So I had to be bigger than money because the reality is that to live comfortably in life we all need money.
To succeed in network marketing one must have a mission that is focused less about money and more about helping people. Because if one has a mission about only marketing money in life one may use less that honorable means to get the money. This I believe is the reason fro all the cheating, staling and lying we see in network marketing carried out by unscrupulous fools who have soiled the good name of the network marketing industry.
Having a mission to accomplish give your business much more passion and determination and at the same time pushing you to carry out your activities with honesty and integrity.
NETWORK MARKETING WITH HONESTY
  I have talk about this before but I would like to talk about it again. Being honest one goes about, there is another key to success in network marketing. On the other hand being dishonest will only lead to failure. For example we prospecting we hear of people who have sponsored people without telling them that it’s a network marketing business while this sponsor only pay this people a small salary from the bonus the company sends to them, this may end up working for years before they know.
Another example is deceptive poster on the wall which advertises job opportunity. This is one of the most pitiful dishonest methods I have come to see. Because job seekers go to the place where the job opportunity interview is holding in thousands expecting to be given jobs with a fixed salary, only to be told that this is network marketing and its not a salary job but a business. This people may have come from far and wide, spent their last transport to reach the venue. This people will be most disappointed when you tell them that they would even have to register and invest a certain amount of money to do the network marketing business.
 This deceptive tactics will forever discredit other network marketers who wish to go about their business in all honesty. Instead of posting misleading job vacancy posters on the wall, it would be better for better to post a network marketing poster on the wall so that people know that it’s a network marketing company before hand. Being honest in this business will rally lead one to grow a very strong network that will produces a ending stream of passive income.
CREATIVE NETWORK MARKETING
Creating is also an essential ingredient to succeeding in network marketing. Because network marketing is not a job but a business. So there is freedom to carryout your business in the way you want, since you are your own boss. Although there are specified ways, specified system to follow to guarantee long-term success, in the short-term brilliant creative idea’s can o a long way to increasing your income.
SELF DEVELOPMENT
Network marketing is a business that transform a person into his or her better self, to perform with excellent. But, an individuals business grows as much as he or she grow. In other words an individual must consistently develop himself or herself. One great once said “you must always be better than your yesterday” earlier i talk about the various skills that an individual must learn to be success in his or her network marketing business, skills life leadership skills, public speaking, prospecting and money management skills. These are all skills that require continuous learning to master.
Mostly this self development must be self motivated. Self training, reading books and practicing are all important to an individuals network marketing business.  
 There are many people who have vowed that after their university years they will never read another book. This people fail to realize that the university is just the beginning of their education, and that the purpose of the university is to stimulate the desire to acquire knowledge. If you are reading this book I congratulate you in your guest to be the best in this wonderful profession of network marketing and you must succeed.
GOALS AND NETWORK MARKETING
Goals are very important to achieving network marketing success. A goal gives direction to your activities and helps you accomplish more. For goals to be powerful they must have a time limits. One of the beautiful things about network marketing is the unlimited income potential of network marketing. The only way to effectively have unlimited income is to set goals, the people succeed in network marketing are those who set goals and accomplish them. On the other hand the people who don’t succeed are those who don’t set goals.
Goals could be long-term or short-term. Long-term goals could be 5 years short-term goals could be 1 year. Long-term goals should be broken down to one year periods and short-term goals should be broken down to monthly, weekly or daily periods.
Goals must be clear and written down and place in a place where you can see it everyday. Every week and every month. This is important because if goals are not written down than one may not have direction in what he or she is doing, and may accomplish very little.
So determine what you want out of your business state exactly how you want out your network marketing business. Write out your long-term goals and short-term goals. Your long-term goals could be, you say I want a 100 Million Dollars in 5 years from my network marketing business. If we break it down it would.
100, 000, 000 / 5 = 20, 000, 000
In each year to achieve your long-term goal you will need 20, Million Dollars. Your short-term goal will now involve breaking down what you need in a year to achieve your long-term goals. Still using our example above to achieve your-term goal of 100 Million Dollars in 5 years you just need 20 Million Dollars in a year. To meet your 20 Million Dollars yearly goal this has to be broken down to daily, weekly and monthly goals. So lets break it down. A year is 365 days.
20,000,000/365 = 54,794 daily
54, 794 in one day
54,794 x 7 = 38.3,558 weekly
54, 794 x 30 = 1,643, 820 monthly
I guess from the example in the figure above you can began to see how possible it is to achieve goals. This setting of goals is another reason why I strongly believe the rich are getting richer and the poor are getting poorer. Because the rich are busy setting goals and the poor are busy working to help the rich achieve their goals. If this not true than everyone will be business owner and we won’t have any employee’s working all day.
